O Pescador - Sublime Seafood Sensations (Seasonal)

Located poolside with exceptional views of the Atlantic Ocean and Algarvian coast, the hotel's most elegant dining venue offers a menu of fresh seafood specialties prepared with traditional Portuguese flavours and a dash of contemporary flair. A truly 'al fresco' culinary experience, guests dine on a daily catch of seafood with dishes ranging from a generous platter of 'frutas do mar' to steamed Atlantic crab to the Algarve's most famous dish, 'Cataplana,' a delicate sauté of clams, chorizo and tomatoes.  

Offering seating both indoors and out, O Pescador is opened seasonally and serves breakfast, a light lunch menu, and dinner.
