Maximum occupancy:
- 2 Bedroom Residence Suite - 5 adults or 4 adults & 2 children up to 12 yrs
- 3 Bedroom Residence Suite - 7 adults or 6 adults & 2 children up to 12 yrs
Rates are per residence suite per night, subject to availability.
Minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights required
Rates include daily buffet breakfast. Breakfast in room will have an extra cost.
Offer also includes 1 evening buffet dinner at Jardim Colonial per person per night (Beverages excluded). Children up to 12 yrs are complimentary when dining with parents (Childrens's menu).

Cancellation Policy: From 26th July to 22 Aug - Within 7 days of arrival or no show, cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay will apply. After check-in should you need to cancel part of your stay, anticipating your departure, a cancellation fee will apply of 50% of the cancelled stay period.
All other dates - Within 48 hours of arrival (16:00 local time), cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay will apply. After check-in should you need to cancel part of your stay, anticipating your departure, a cancellation fee will apply of 100% of the cancelled stay period
All packages are exclusively reserved for individual travel only, not applicable to groups. (Groups 10 rooms or more)
